I can’t say enough good things about Steven and the company he works for. I was treated with great customer service as soon as I walked through the door. I was cheerfully greeted by Haley who I spoke to online about my interest in a Subaru Crosstrek, then Steven took over and closed the deal. The manager came over and greeted me and made sure everything was okay. I had a 10:30am appt for an oil change. I was told by Lester it would be a 2 hour wait. At 12:30pm I found Lester and asked him how much longer since he had not checked on me. He said my ca I was told by Lester it would be a 2 hour wait. At 12:30pm I found Lester and asked him how much longer since he had not checked on me. He said my car was next in line and walked away. Next in line to be done or start the oil change which would take an hour?! Then I saw him put a post it on his door and leave. The note said going to lunch back at 1:35. He did not assign me to anyone else or tell me he was going to lunch! Clearly my time meant nothing to him. I found another service person and told him what was going on. They had not even started my car and it was almost 1pm at this point. He assured me they would get my car in next and rush through the service. I was so upset at this point I went and spoke with the service manager. He felt terrible about my experience and said he would speak to Lester. This is my first time owning a Subaru and based on my service experience I would go back to Toyota in a heartbeat for my next car. Extremely disappointing! More
