I'll try not to be disrespectful, I'm trying to be honest. Advisor is very blunt and abrasive when asking questions. This isn't the 1st time I had this advisor. Again, I'm not trying to be disrespectf honest. Advisor is very blunt and abrasive when asking questions. This isn't the 1st time I had this advisor. Again, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I do not know if it's his personality or he gets busy/bad day... but this isn't the first time acknowledging this demeanor. The vehicle I have brought in has only been do recall work. I do not and would not bring it otherwise, it's a now has work done and requires maintenance and attention to how you start, and manage vehicle. The questions I asked were very minimal and direct, but received a "your car is just another car, who cares vibe". I'm sure the average joe and stock cars do not mind as they are in and out with normal maintenance/recalls. All I ask is for a little patience and listening skills for people that have valid questions & concerns for cars they have invested money in to. If you have any questions feel free to call and I will gladly advise. Thank you. More

The dealership was fine albeit very busy when I was there. The wash was backed up 40 minutes. I'm very frustrated with the frequency with which the dealership keeps contacting me.
