I always appreciate the customer service here! The guys are always willing to stop what they’re doing and help. Just today, I came in late to pick up my car, so I asked one of the service guys if The guys are always willing to stop what they’re doing and help. Just today, I came in late to pick up my car, so I asked one of the service guys if he could figure out where my key was. He immediately stopped what he was doing, which I did not expect, and found my key and brought it to me. The Service people are also good at communicating, they explain what they’re doing and repair my car at a reasonable price. I can tell customer service is a priority, and I’ve never been someone who brings my car to the dealer for repairs. More
Did not know tires problem was not part of bumper to bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. I set up the appointment but after I was checked in it took two hours for t bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. While I was waiting I see one employee was in the bay area and working on a motorcycle which I feel takes away some resources and added to the reason why services takes too long. More

Excellent service. Only hiccup - I explained that my vehicle is a company fleet vehicle via Enterprise Fleet Services and I think it is about time for the Oil Change s Only hiccup - I explained that my vehicle is a company fleet vehicle via Enterprise Fleet Services and I think it is about time for the Oil Change so, please do this and anything else that Fleet services covers. He agreed. When I picked it up, the oil change was completed but said they no longer have a contract with Enterprise Fleet Services and I need to pay for it now or they cant release the vehicle. I wasn’t too happy about that. Forced to pay for a service that is supposed to be covered by our national account. Other than that, everything was excellent. Was given an excellent loaner vehicle for the day. More
Great customer service. He got my car right in and was finished on time. Service dept. went out of their way to answer my questions and installed the door edge guards that I He got my car right in and was finished on time. Service dept. went out of their way to answer my questions and installed the door edge guards that I could not get to fit. They performed the routine service and did a diagnostic on the electrical system that I requested. No sign of any stains or a mess from the service techs. Extremely happy with them.
