I brought my car in after the tire sensor screen numbers disappeared after I took it in gor service at the Temecula service center. I noticed this once I was driving home. I thought it would be as easy as r disappeared after I took it in gor service at the Temecula service center. I noticed this once I was driving home. I thought it would be as easy as resetting the system since it was triggered from the service of replacing recalled parts and topping off tire pressure. Not the case. The service tech told me that something had caused the sensors to go out and after almost 3 hours of waiting, proceeded to show me one of my tires with the rim off that held about 3 cups of dirty water. He claimed the water must have gotten trapped in my tire when it was patched over 18 mo this ago. Yet the rim was not rusted. It made absolutely no sense that now, after my car being serviced, that the sensor decided to go out after water had been sitting in my tire for months. I didn’t buy it and either did my original service advisor in Temecula. Bob Baker refused to replace the sensor under warranty, yet John Hine in Temecula offered to do so immediately. This is criminal as there is no way that so much water could have been sitting in my tire for over 18 months without me or the service advisors noticing it when my tires were rotated and checked. I won’t be going back to Bob Baker since I see your advisors as crooks and scammers. More

JP Phillips did an incredible job keeping me informed on my recall/repair of my moonroof.
