I had a great experience with my lease renewal. Liz Pro did an excellent job selling me on a unit that was not in stock by introducing me to a comparable preowned unit. Being coming to this dealership for many years getting my Toyota serviced Was always completely happy with service. Until now, what the xxxx happened? Made appointment, showed up a few minutes early. There Toyota serviced Was always completely happy with service. Until now, what the xxxx happened? Made appointment, showed up a few minutes early. There 3 vehicles waiting for service writters. One guy was taking care of the car in front. When finished he and ladies fron car went inside. A guy did show up and asked if I had appointment. Gave him info and he found me of list. He then went inside after placing a cone thing on my roof. That was last employee to be seen for 20 minutes. Convinced it was going to be a long while before I was going to see another employee I decided who needs this xx so I backed out and departed. I will get the oil changed somewhere else. Don't know what happened, but I'm done with this place. More
