I asked about my car because I saw people that arrived after me were getting their cars. My paperwork was left on the trainers desk. I had asked for a complimentary wash when I arrived. The car had not been washed, so the technician said let me get the parking attendant to wash it, which meant I waited a bit longer. Inefficient More

Have had to have 2 tires replaced in less than a year covered by the extra tire/wheel package we paid for. They don't stock the tires that came with the car. Both tires replaced by different brands.
