I had an appointment for a recall on my 2018 Camery at 9am. I arrived on time and did not get it back until almost 5 the next day. When I would call I would be bounced around and kept on hold for well o 9am. I arrived on time and did not get it back until almost 5 the next day. When I would call I would be bounced around and kept on hold for well over 15min each time. All in all it was a very unsatisfactory experience ... I will not use the dealership for any service again. Checking in for service was slow, there must have been 6 service techs sitting at desks and all of them were on the phone unable to even look up to acknowledge your presence.
