Not a great first experience. Was told I needed work done that was absolutely not needed. I also have a service plan that covers all maintenance and was told I was going to have t Was told I needed work done that was absolutely not needed. I also have a service plan that covers all maintenance and was told I was going to have to pay for services that were covered. And to top it off, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change (routine) and they didn’t even get my car out of the initial drop off location for 45 minutes. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. More

Sales associate Chris B. , was very helpful to the point of driving us around the different lots to show us all the available selections and see which ones caught our interest , was very helpful to the point of driving us around the different lots to show us all the available selections and see which ones caught our interests. He made some suggestions which we eventually settled on. No badgering or haggling. Offered water, which we gladly accepted with the hot South Texas weather. Kept us apprised of the progress during the approval process and didn't leave us hanging. Stephan Connor completed the financing process superbly , professionally and smooth. Informed him as to the purpose of the vehicle: graduation gift and college-bound grandson. He also thanked me for my service to country. Always appreciated by veterans. Thanks to all concerned.
