They are all very courteous and respectful and they're service is fast. Unfortunately, their two departments: service and parts do not have communicating computer systems. Art worked with me when I came in for a 60,000 mile check for my Hylander. He kept me informed on time for servicing and let us know about shuttle service available while we waited.
