Terrible garage service they do not do the services on rotation of tires they lie to you saying you need to buy new tire that the one you have is unfixable when I took it somewhere else and got it fixed f rotation of tires they lie to you saying you need to buy new tire that the one you have is unfixable when I took it somewhere else and got it fixed for 20.00 verses buying a new tire from them that was the only option they gave me. Now they want to know how many stars I will give them. Not even one. I love Toyota cars trucks but the problem falls to the back garage where there not being supervised. More
I always service my vehicles at Autonation the only downfall is that the communication has gone down lately. They don’t keep you informed. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am for a simple balance of my tires. I was not able to pick it up until 6pm. I called twice and left a message twice for my service advisor with no return callback. It wasn’t until I called to speak with a manager that I finally received a response. Then she was rude about the whole situation. I understand if you’re busy that day but just keep me informed, that’s all I ask. More
The service adviser was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. He told me things that I knew were not true. For example he said I needed new bakes but they had just been done - just not at Toyota. Christopher was great. He went above and beyond to get what we were asking for. He also looked up several options for us and was very friendly and professional. what we were asking for. He also looked up several options for us and was very friendly and professional. More
Thanks Lupe... My son Trey loves his new Toyota Tacoma. Thanks for all the years helping us with our vehicles. Lupe went above and beyond helping us find a black Toyota Tacoma. Thanks again Lupe. I'm so disappointed in my experience with Mike here. I brought in my car because a light came on, and I thought it might be a reminder for an oil change, even though I shouldn't be due for one yet. For th brought in my car because a light came on, and I thought it might be a reminder for an oil change, even though I shouldn't be due for one yet. For this, Mike, my service tech, mocked me. Moving on, I told him my AC was dripping (possibly fluid, possibly condensation) when I drove it for a long time, like on a road trip. At first, he told me this just "sometimes happens..." No, sir, this should not happen, and it can be fixed, and I'd like to pay to fix it. He called me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready to pick up. I asked what the problem with the AC ended up being, and he said a master tech would have to take a look at that. I said okay. He then told me I could come pick up my car? Even though it hadn't been looked at? I asked if a master tech could please look at it, and he said it would have to be the next day. Told him that was just fine, and to please call me in the morning when it was ready. At noon, I'd not heard anything (not even a call from the master tech or Mike asking for any details about the problem), so I called to check on the car. Mike was out to lunch, but he'd marked my car in the system as being ready to pick up. Even though the AC still hadn't even been checked, and there were zero notes on the AC in the system. I waited until he came back from lunch, and called again. At this point, he told me the AC was fixed, but didn't have any idea what exactly had been done to "fix" it. I asked him to check; he put me on hold, and came back and said they had "tightened something." I asked what they tightened; he put me on hold AGAIN, came back and said they emptied the drain pan (which isn't tightening anything?). I said fine, I'll just come get it, be there in 20. When I came in, Mike was nowhere to be found. Allegra (who was so helpful and absolutely lovely throughout my brief experience with her), took care of ringing me up. She confirmed there were no notes on my file about the AC. There was no charge for fixing the AC. Seemed pretty clear Mike had just lied to me about it and hadn't had anyone even look at it. The next day, driving home to Dallas, the AC started dripping again about two hours into the trip, and continued dripping the entire time. I have had some less than stellar experiences with car repair (as has pretty much everyone), but I have never been mocked, and definitely never been flat-out lied to by anyone before. I think I've written one online review in my entire life, but after the way Mike treated me, I had to share my experience. More
