Had an appointment for 2:30 pm, arrived on time. Waited for service. Car was not ready until 5:oo pm - 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Apology was that they were short handed. If so, why did they take an appointment they could not honor? This was the reason I changed from local Kia dealer to Toyota, long wait times for just an oil change. Not acceptable. Need to either honor appointments or not make them in the first place. More
