I brought my vehicle but there was no update, left a messages and still no update. Service advisor xxxxxxxx! I brought my Toyota 4Runner for oil change. When we drove home, about 6 miles from Autonation, the engine stopped. There were no acceleration, brake and power steering. Me and my wife almost hit the light post because we don't have control on the vehicle. I called the dealer to tow my vehicle back to Toyota Autonation. Next thing you know, it was my fault because of radiator leak. But there was no leaks on radiator when we brought it to dealer. There is no leaks also when we drove home. Foremost, you don't let the customer drive the unsafe vehicle. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was $160 by Adrian. When I went back to pick up my 4runner and Jeremy was checking me out and was charging me $359. I proceeded to tell him that wasn’t w $160 by Adrian. When I went back to pick up my 4runner and Jeremy was checking me out and was charging me $359. I proceeded to tell him that wasn’t what I was quoted, that I was told by Adrian $160. Jeremy proceeded to tell me the services that were done which included the oil change and tire rotation plus a coolant flush. I asked him if that was something that they just do and he said no. I told Jeremy that I didn’t ask for the coolant flush. He then brought Adrian to confirm and Adrian stated he must have accidentally added the wrong code and apologized profusely. Jeremy from that moment on was just upset you can tell because now they were having to figure what to do about the $175 cost since I was not going to be paying for something that I didn’t ask for. Jeremy checked me out and didn’t say thank you for coming or apologize either for the inconvenience. He handed me my receipt and gave my keys to another employee to walk me out. I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received at the end of my appointment. I feel that Jeremy handled it wrong and was upset because of the money that they now were having to figure out to cover. I’ve never had issues in the past but will not be coming back again. More
I'm very pleased with the sales lady I worked with. Her patience with me, an old senior citizen, is outstanding.
