Worst service I have ever received. Took my new Highlander in for routine 5000 mile service which is really a tire rotation and was told it would take about an hour. Two and a half hours later, I asked if there was a problem. My vehicle had never even been taken back to the service area. I was told I’d have to wait an additional hour. What! When I spoke to the manager on duty to tell him that this was unacceptable service, he barely looked up from what he was doing and said, yes this is unacceptable. That’s it? No I’m sorry, nothing. The salesman made me feel comfortable. ..no pressure to buy. The finance gentleman worked with me and I feel very comfortable with the contract.
