After the purchase she walked me through the options that I was not familiar with and reached out to others when I asked about something she wasn’t familiar with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aye if you are looking for a different vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful from the sales manager, Clint the service writer, and others who helped answer questions. The teamwork was exceptional.. As a side note: there was damage done (a large scratch and dent) that wasn’t there when I first paid for the vehicle and the service manager said they would take care of it right away. They did, but the quality was subpar. That’s why I gave a 2 star on quality of repairs. More
My 2021 Toyota Tacoma had an intermittent problem with the cruise control system since about 10,000 mile mark. I am an electrician by trade. I KNOW an intermittent problem is hard to troubleshoot. On every trip to west coast (4total) I took at approximately 12 videos on each trip (39total) and I tried to show the videos to the maintenance team on 4 different occasions, I was completely ignored. I was told “in their opinion it was not broke because there was no failure code!” I took this all way to corporate and all they did was say to “1keep reporting it so there was a paper trail for when it is finally broke, if it ever does break.” I bought that truck just for my trips to the west coast. So having an intermittent cruise control was a real issue. I had 24,000 miles on the truck and I just traded in that truck in and bought a 2023 Dodge Ram. I loved Toyota, My last four vehicles were Toyotas. This incident proved to me Toyota is just another car manufacturer, nothing special anymore. More

Customer service was rude and acted as the customer was a burden to interact with after standing waiting to be helped for 5 minutes. Once I was directed to my service person and reviewed the details of service was told it would be 1 hr and 30 minutes. Mind you this is with an appointment made online early in the day. I had to call 3 times to find out when my service would be completed. No answer the first couple of times. Once there was an answer then my direct question of when my vehicle would be ready was not answered until I put them on the spot. After having to hear about there back log issues. Finally I was told that I could pickup my vehicle 20 minutes before the store closed for the day. More
