After I repeatedly told them not to run my credit I was already approved with my bank they did convince me to run with toyota which I did agree but come to find out they ran it not only thru toyota they ra already approved with my bank they did convince me to run with toyota which I did agree but come to find out they ran it not only thru toyota they ran it 4 more times with other lenders which I didn't approve.. after signing they didn't ask me about gap insurance or disability insurance after wards.. now in order to get those benefits I would have to refinance my car which I just got a week ago so they can add this to my loan. I'm just very disappointed my first new car and they didn't even take a picture of me and my car like I see everyone else do.. next time I'm sticking to Mike Shaw toyota I regret not going to them and get my car with them.
