Took my truck in for scheduled maintenance (oil change) under the toyota care program. I was scheduled for a 1 PM slot and arrived 15 min early. They took the vehicle right in and said it might be 30 min under the toyota care program. I was scheduled for a 1 PM slot and arrived 15 min early. The only thing I would suggest is that if anything is found during the inspection that could be replaced/fixed immediately let the owner know.
