Clint was incredibly personable and took the time to suggest parts of the owners manual I could reference to get more familiar with my leased vehicle, he also explained all of the maintenance that was going to be done and personally walked me to a quiet area of the lounge where I could get some work done while I waited. In a time where most services are automated, and it seems that many people have lost their people skills, customer service like this is invaluable.
