This by far has been the worst experience I've had with a service department. They seem inexperienced and rushed causing errors. I took almost 3 weeks for me to get a brand new tire. Service advisor would not return calls, will keep me on hold for 15 to 30 min when I tried calling. I will never go back to this dealership. More
