It simply takes too long to get simple service. I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. Didn't leave dealership till close to 3pm. Following week, I had to get car towed to dealership because coil wasn't working correctly or defective or gave out and the vehicle wasn't running right. I was advised by service advisor that coil was covered by the extended warranty. It's been close to a week and i have not heard of the timeframe on when I will get by vehicle back. After 5 days, I should have idea on the progress, rather than chasing to get an answer. At this moment of time, I have no confidence with this dealership. If you get your tire rotated, please check all the lug nuts or you might be missing a few. More
