Also am very satisfied with the warranty personal that assisted me with extended warranty purchase. He really worked a satisfactory purchase for me and don’t feel like he was price gouging me. On other hand was not satisfied with the TA time of my vehicles delivery. I feel after waiting so long that I could have gone anywhere and placed an order for exactly what I wanted and not have been limited to two vehicle color choices only at the time of my purchase. I am also satisfied with the dealership working with me on paperwork to place the order of my new vehicle. I hope that the dealership always works on there appearance. When I walked in I wanted to find a presentable sales rep particularly around my age mainly so that we could maybe have more in common to age. That wasn’t available but the youngin that worked with me did what he could and was presentable. I also looked around and hoped the dealership had accommodations for clean comfort shopping. So In all I feel good about my purchase and always hope to want to always send and refer my friends and family as long as the dealership is always being worked on in all aspects, to keep customers satisfied. Hi, I wanted to preface this with that I understand that these are very difficult times and it’s hard to have good service lately. Toyota has not usually steered me wrong in the past, and I love the company these are very difficult times and it’s hard to have good service lately. There were also a lot of great people who helped me, namely shuttle operators; however, what should’ve been cleared up in one day became an all day affair that resolved nothing, and I will still have to come back again for another entire day to have the issue actually fixed. I want to mention that I scheduled the appointment to get my car serviced the week prior, (I was sent a mailer about a safety recall due to braking assistance) and was told that the parts would be ordered (this is very important). Then, upon getting to Toyota at 10 for my appointment, waiting for a shuttle for an hour, getting a shuttle home and after a few hours, I get a call saying that they don’t have the parts, upon which I have to wait for a shuttle back. Not to mention waiting in the service area in a complete lack of line and no instructions from people at the desks telling other customers to wait in line, so they merely cut. 30 minutes of waiting to be helped. Why did nobody call me before today or even this morning before the appointment to say the parts were not in and to not bother coming in? Somebody dropped the ball big time, and I just want to say if something happens with my vehicle, that will be due to the ball being dropped. I NEVER voice my complaints, but this was very disappointing, especially considering how much we pay for vehicles, and considering what a great reputation Toyota has always had and I would hope will continue to have, but I did not feel that from my experience earlier on in the week. You all are to expensive. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor gave me a quote for both. I thought that the tire rotation was the expense, but come to I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor gave me a quote for both. I thought that the tire rotation was the expense, but come to find out it was the oil change…. Way to expensive. Will not get my oil changed their again! And also I needed a quote on a rubber seal for the door of my car and the advisor never got that quote for me. And one more problem… I stood around about 15 minutes to pick up my car and no one asked if I needed help. I had to ask if someone could help me!!! Acknowledgement is alway nice even if your busy just to let customers know that someone will be right with them. More
