No one to greet upon arrival: ended up waiting for 10 minutes as other cars got in line ahead of me. Had to track someone down to guide me in checking in. Was pleased with dealership customer presentation when it comes to accommodating customers with drinks, anything to help make a customer have a comfortable shopping experience to me is very important special comes to accommodating customers with drinks, anything to help make a customer have a comfortable shopping experience to me is very important specially when you have children and have to make such life changing purchases. Also am very satisfied with the warranty personal that assisted me with extended warranty purchase. He really worked a satisfactory purchase for me and don’t feel like he was price gouging me. On other hand was not satisfied with the TA time of my vehicles delivery. I feel after waiting so long that I could have gone anywhere and placed an order for exactly what I wanted and not have been limited to two vehicle color choices only at the time of my purchase. I am also satisfied with the dealership working with me on paperwork to place the order of my new vehicle. I hope that the dealership always works on there appearance. When I walked in I wanted to find a presentable sales rep particularly around my age mainly so that we could maybe have more in common to age. That wasn’t available but the youngin that worked with me did what he could and was presentable. I also looked around and hoped the dealership had accommodations for clean comfort shopping. So In all I feel good about my purchase and always hope to want to always send and refer my friends and family as long as the dealership is always being worked on in all aspects, to keep customers satisfied. Christian was very friendly and professional. No issues with the adviser however, I went in for an oil change and they are supposed to also check and top my fluid levels. When I got in my vehicle to leave I had a notification from my vehicle that my wiper fluid was low, which tells me that they didn't top my fluid levels like they were supposed to. Christian went and added the wiper fluid himself for me when I went back inside to complain. But now it has me questioning if the techs even changed my oil or checked any of my fluid levels like they were supposed to. Wiper fluid is not a big deal but what if they didn't check my coolant level or something else vital to my vehicles performance? Pretty disappointed. More
