I had a very negative experience trying to sell my car. I agreed on a price and was upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I shared photos and an inspection report from a competitor. I made it clear I would not be willing to drive up to Carlsbad from San Diego unless we had something close to a deal. I had to wait an hour for my car inspection, at which point the offer was lowered by over $1,000 because of damage that was clearly visible in the pictures I sent. I feel that my time was wasted and that the salesperson was not honest with me. More

I would have given 5 stars but for the shock at checkout when I learned there was an additional fee for using a credit card. This was never charged before and there was no notice that this was now happening when I learned there was an additional fee for using a credit card. I think there should have been notices sent and a sign at check out advising this change. More
