My intention was to purchase a vehicle, and after investing significant time and effort, including taking time off work, we were ready to buy. However, thanks to the appalling service (or lack thereof) from your salesman, Sidney Robinson, our plans were completely derailed. To learn that the vehicle we were prepared to purchase had already been sold to someone else is simply unacceptable. The lack of communication and the blatant disregard for our time and commitment is shocking. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a demonstration of profound disrespect for potential customers. Sidney Robinson's handling of this situation was unprofessional and has left us with a completely negative impression of AutoNation Volkswagen Carlsbad. Frankly, if this is the standard of customer service your dealership provides, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and look elsewhere. My experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I hope that management, including General Manager Val Nazarevych, takes this feedback seriously and addresses the unacceptable practices occurring at this location. This is our third time here and it was underwhelming experience again. When I arrived to drop off our car there were two cars in front of me, one being helped and the other waiting. No one acknowledged my presence for about 10min, I waited and wasn't too worried. Then I went in side and was told someone would be out soon. 15min went by with nothing, then went in again and was rudely told to be patient. A bit of a bummer experience when I had an appointment and planned it early to work with my schedule. More

I bought a used vehicle on 9/19/24 from AutoNation Volkswagen Carlsbad. Before the sale, they agreed to fix an item on the vehicle (it’s documented). Now, they’re ignoring my requests to fix the docum Volkswagen Carlsbad. Before the sale, they agreed to fix an item on the vehicle (it’s documented). Now, they’re ignoring my requests to fix the documented issue. I’ve left messages with the sales representative, the Service Supervisor and the Service Manager. No response from the Service Supervisor or the Service Manager. I’m basically being ignored by AutoNation. I want this issue resolved to my satisfaction by AutoNation. I can let you know this has been a very bad experience - I wasn’t expecting this from an organization who prides itself on customer service. Definitely I will not return to or recommend AutoNation when it cannot address and fix a simple issue like this. More
