I had a problem with another VW dealer's poor service regarding my key fob programming. I brought the car and fob to Autonation, and worked with Valentin who listened to my somewhat sad tale and was abl regarding my key fob programming. However, the point of this story is not just that Autonation fixed another dealer's mistake, but the customer service Valentin gave. He went above and beyond what a service manager should do. This was the second time we’ve had a bad experience with this dealership. This repair was for a recall service. The dealership was unable to complete the work after 1 week.
