It took 25 Min for the service employee check my car in for service even with an appointment. They are very friendly, accommodating, dedicated to making the sale and will help in any way they can. Then once sale is complete they will again contact you at least twice your first week to check on making the sale and will help in any way they can. Took my Golf GTI for its 1st service and radiator recall fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the repair again. Jackie and Jacob were great to work with. We just bought an ID4 (a cancellation by the original reservation) and Jacob was so sweet (without it feeling fake :-)) to our entire family, before/during and even an ID4 (a cancellation by the original reservation) and Jacob was so sweet (without it feeling fake :-)) to our entire family, before/during and even after the sale. My husband had a lot of hard questions and he handled them like a pro. Our daughter is three and hard to entertain and finance brought her crayons and a coloring book to give us more time to get through the process (very thoughtful). I suppose there is competition for the ID4s that come in and while a competing agent made us feel awkward to be there Jacob handled him with grace and made us feel wanted despite to awkward comments made to him by the agent. We can’t thank him enough for his hard work, and general nature. More
