We had a great experience with this dealership. They had a car that fit what we were looking for. The car drove great we just picked it up today and so far so good. We did not experience financing They had a car that fit what we were looking for. The car drove great we just picked it up today and so far so good. We did not experience financing through Auto net we were pre-approved through our own Credit Union. They worked very well with our credit union it was very easy and a painless process. George was very nice and highly recommend. More
Some important info missing from post. I purchase a vehicle form this dealership within five days the service engine light came on. I purchase a warranty with this vehicle I call the salesman to discuss the problem with vehicle to give them t days the service engine light came on. I purchase a warranty with this vehicle I call the salesman to discuss the problem with vehicle to give them the trouble code, which was a P0024 code, the salesman was JOEY. This is a bad code for it have to do with the exhaust timing bank 2. I called several times each time I spoke with JOEY, he gave me a BS's story each time I spoke with him. Finally, I was so frustrated with him as why I could not get a straight answer, I drove back to the dealership to speak with him in person. This time he told me take the car to their mechanic, I did, and the mechanic told me to fix the car would cost $4000 DOLLARS. I blow the "F" up because I just pay $10,000 cash for the car. I call the warranty company and gave them the warranty contract number, they had no record of the warranty contract on file. I contacted JOEY and told him what their mechanic told me, and that warranty company have no record of warranty contract. JOEY, stated that they do have the warranty contract and that he will call them to get the problem solve. That was a big "LIE" come to found out that he pocket the warranty money banking on that nothing will helping with vehicle until the warranty expired. He told me that was not true, so I called him OUT on the LIE he has been telling me. I told him to call the warranty company now while I was setting their to speak with an agent. He refuses to do it, so I ask to speak with his supervisor he refuses that to. The bottom line is this VOID, VOID this place a like a plague they are dishonest and scam artist. The salesman there are trash scam artist they act nice to get you to buy a car and after that if anything helping they treat you like S!@#. My advice for anybody thinking about buying anything for this BS dealership run run do not used this dealership if you do you will regret it... IF i can rate this S@@ dealership scrap below one star I will ... More

My friend recently purchase a 2014 Ford Mustang for her son's graduation paid almost $11,000 cash for the car so not even last three days worked with Joey who had her tow the car so his mechanic and now th son's graduation paid almost $11,000 cash for the car so not even last three days worked with Joey who had her tow the car so his mechanic and now they seem to not answer none of her texts or phone calls but promised to get the car fixed. She is a single mother who worked hard for her money and now is stuck with a car that engine is blown they have yet to resolve this issue it is sad. I personally spoke to them and they reassured me that they was working on the situation but the truth is they are not with the economy so bad people are struggling no one deserves to be ripped off from the reviews I just recently read this is what they're known for taking people money and saying it is as is. I personally have contacted Channel 5 News because someone needs to investigate what's really going on at this dealership the sad part is she really trusted the salesman and has messages to prove and backup that they agree to fix the car. This place is a straight ripoff don't go so I don't know yet I'm sure don't talk to Joey there are a lot of people that she knows and we will all continue to write reviews about the truth of this company she cannot do nothing with this car all she wants is her money back which is fair the car didn't even last 72 hours I believe they took advantage of her because her and her mother went in there not knowing nothing about cars but right is right wrong is wrong they should at least get the car fixed now she's going to have to pay an extra $4,000 to replace a motor that they told her that something was wrong with the car I'm pretty sure she would have never got it but they guaranteed heard that the car was good this was a straight lemon and they know it More
