I went in to look at a car, purchasing a car was my main goal. I was hovered and harassed the whole time I was there (which is always so annoying). Cayman approached me for a second time and we began to talk. 5 hours later I leave with no car and no desire to come back. My salesman Cayman was very welcoming at first, then tried to manipulate the prices he was giving me and tried to MAKE ME purchase add on’s or I was not able to buy the car is what I was told. So I left. With no car after dealing with Cayman being smug and greedy. This place has very nice cars, prices are a bit high but stay away from salesman Cayman if you are looking for an honest bang for your buck. I won’t be back. More

I had a very very disappointing and dishonest experience at this dealership as I worked with “Cayman” and would not recommend them or him. They are unethical and failing to comply with the “Federal Trade Co at this dealership as I worked with “Cayman” and would not recommend them or him. They are unethical and failing to comply with the “Federal Trade Commission Act” I worked with a sales rep named Cayman over the phone, and after we discussed pricing on the vehicle, I was suddenly told I had to purchase a package called “Luxury Advantage Gold” in order to buy the car. I never asked for this package, didn’t want it, and was told it was mandatory. My understanding is that add‑ons are supposed to be optional, so being told I “had” to pay for this felt very misleading and unethical. On top of that, the pricing kept changing. Numbers were all over the place and he sent multiple purchase orders showing fluctuations in the same products and vehicle. Instead of a straightforward, transparent deal, it felt like they were trying to manipulate the price and pressure me into paying for extras I didn’t agree to. Overall, I feeling that this dealership is not honest or transparent in how they do business. If you decide to go here, get everything in writing and pay attention to how your amount financed adds up, watch for surprise add‑ons like “Luxury Advantage Gold,” and be prepared to walk away if they start changing the numbers, like they did with me. Also avoid Cayman, once he realized I wasn’t going for his unethical tactics he became very smug and even sent me the link to have this review written. I hope you all take the time to read this. It can save you years of regret for paying for something you never needed or wanted. More
I do not recommend this dealership. On May 17, 2025, I purchased a car from Autos of Dallas in Irving with a $5,000 down payment. The car needed several promised repairs (sunroof, visor On May 17, 2025, I purchased a car from Autos of Dallas in Irving with a $5,000 down payment. The car needed several promised repairs (sunroof, visor, brakes), but instead of taking the car home, I was told to “give them grace” to fix it. For nearly three months I was ignored by my salesman (Bryan), the service manager (Hossam), and even the general manager(Samer Abuhamdeh). Calls, texts, and emails went unanswered. Incorrect parts were ordered, delays kept piling up, and I was repeatedly misled about timelines. After more than 2 months without the car, I finally received it on July 29 — still broken. The sunroof didn’t work, parts were missing, and the seat belt wouldn’t retract. "Management" (Kevin) admitted they had “put too much money” into the car that wasn't worth the headache to keep trying to fix so, he offered to buy the car back. I signed paperwork for a different car on August 9, but as of August 21, the old car is still not paid off and my $5,000 down payment has not been returned. This dealership has shown a complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability. I will be escalating this through the BBB, the Attorney General, and other consumer protection channels so no one else has to go through this. Worst Dealership ever! ! I do not recommend at all. Bunch of liars, I drove from San Antonio to buy a car that had been seeing over 2 months. When I get there they told me ! I do not recommend at all. Bunch of liars, I drove from San Antonio to buy a car that had been seeing over 2 months. When I get there they told me the engine was messed up!!!! They offered another car, then the manager shows up to say the previous car was not damaged and wanted me to buy it after I had been told the engine was damaged. Very disappointed 👎😏 More
I want to rate as zero stars. This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a Dealer, I bought the car last June 13th and today is the date I didn't receive it, this person This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a Dealer, I bought the car last June 13th and today is the date I didn't receive it, this person Cristian Valdez is very disattentive I almost had to ask every time for the status of the car and he almost always said tomorrow. I decided to cancel the purchase and they are not responding either. I tried solving the case contacting his superiors Nadia Awad but no response I called to the office and she just hang up. I tried to buy this BMW 528i Series 5 2015 but almost all the car they show me had a check engine light turned on. More
I found my dream car…. But yet I wish I could give this dealership a 0 rating. The one star is for Cayman, the nice salesman who worked with us. He was the only positive. But yet I wish I could give this dealership a 0 rating. The one star is for Cayman, the nice salesman who worked with us. He was the only positive. The internet listed price was a bit higher than we would pay, so went in stating they would need to work with us on that price. So after going to his manager as they all do, they came up with a final out the door price of about 7k over original cost!!! Besides the normal tax/title required, they added $4,000 cost to the advertised internet price which they claim were additions that were “already put on the car” that we had to accept and pay for! What?!?! So I will say they are scammers, unethically advertising the car price then trying to force $4,000 worth of junk on top if I wanted the car. No, thank you! Left my dream car there! I will find it somewhere honest up front! So disappointed in this dealership! I do not recommend you going there! 👎. Sorry Cayman, you were nice, but you need to go work for a more honorable dealership to use your talents. More
I test drove a car and was ready to buy when the price went up $4,000 over advertised price listed in paper work as “accessories”. Was told the wax and low jack was already installed and couldn’t be taken went up $4,000 over advertised price listed in paper work as “accessories”. Was told the wax and low jack was already installed and couldn’t be taken off. I also have 800+ credit rating and they showed a payment without an interest rate but I calculated and it was around 8% when the website says 5.9%. More

Our initial interactions with Salesman --Cayman were positive. He was professional and helpful. After agreeing on a price with Sales Manager John and Cayman, we proceeded to the finance department, whe positive. He was professional and helpful. After agreeing on a price with Sales Manager John and Cayman, we proceeded to the finance department, where the situation deteriorated significantly. Moe introduced himself as a Finance Manager. After he confirming my son's age, Moe aggressively pushed additional insurance products, claiming they would only add $2-$3 per day to the cost. He presented a rapid succession of figures and financial details, leaving my son feeling pressured and confused. Despite our lack of need for these add-ons, my son, feeling overwhelmed, but initially agreed. Upon realizing the implications of what he had just agreed to, my son immediately race after Moe to the back office. Moe's demeanor changed drastically. He became confrontational and, during a discussion about the proposed figures, he stated to my son, "You don't know anything," in an insulting manner. As a father, I calmly expressed my concern about this disrespectful language. When I asked Moe why he felt necessary to insult my son, he became visibly angry and responded with raised voices and unintelligible comments. I again felt insulted by his tone and the overall interaction. The situation escalated, and there follow by a choice words--Moe twice stating to me, "You are going to get locked up." At this point, other salespeople and employees intervened to separate us. While Sales Manager John and Cayman were apologetic and ultimately facilitated the deal, I did not receive an apology from Moe. This experience was deeply upsetting, particularly the unprofessional and insulting behavior exhibited by Moe. While I appreciate the efforts of John and Cayman to rectify the situation, the encounter with Moe overshadowed the entire experience. The Finance Manager Mo, his aggressive sales tactics, disrespectful language, and threatening behavior are unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid interacting with him.
