If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE ZERO I would! My son bought a vehicle from here and his experience has been an absolute nightmare!! BEWARE!! Do not buy your car from here without getting a 3rd party inspection AND definitely do not get their warranty - this place is a joke!!. The customer service is a joke, they never answer their phone and have literally avoided him. His car was in their service shop for almost 2 MONTHS, he gets a call saying his car is running and all good to go. He drives off the lot and as soon as he gets on the highway his car low oil light comes on. His car has been in and out of the shop for cooling and oil leak issues for the past year now and each time they say they fix it, he has to take it right back to get something else replaced. Considering all of this, he took his car to the manufacturer (BMW of Dallas) and they told him his car engine needs close to 10k in repairs (including a part that had already been replaced at Autos of Dallas - it’s pretty clear they never fixed anything). This was not even a week after getting it back when they had told him they fixed everything…. This place has single handedly made his life a living xxxx causing him the most inconvenient situations without a car. He has presented his issues to just about everyone within the establishment and you would be shocked on how poor they have reacted. WHO OWNS THIS PLACE?! I wonder if the owner knows the lack of service their employees are providing! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE More

Had to take the vehicle back to have the we owe items fixed weeks after we bought it. Initial communication was terrible the got better as we got closer to the date of bringing it in. Even though we gave Autos of Dallas a 3-star rating, we can't say we would recommend working with them. We purchased a 2019 Land Rover Velar for my wife. Sales team and financing staff were both helpful. The real issues began about 6-months after purchasing the vehicle. Autos of Dallas had to replace the engine. Thank goodness they recommended purchasing the extended vehicle warranty. We would also recommend the extended vehicle warranty if you choose to do business with them. Although the end result seems to have turned out good so far, it took their service department 90-days to make the repairs...and with no loaner vehicle. Buyer beware. More

Ronnie was my point of contact at first and he did an incredible job even on his day off. Albert was our salesman and he did a great job as well.
