My son and purchased a car over the phone. The salesman said the car wasn’t ready to be pickup up. I asked him when will it be ready to be picked up. He mentioned he will call me back that sam The salesman said the car wasn’t ready to be pickup up. I asked him when will it be ready to be picked up. He mentioned he will call me back that same day. Five days later after he avoided our phone calls he finally answered. He cited that the is still in the shop for a dent and scratches and that he would call me back that same day. I never received a phone call and once again he’s avoiding my calls. I managed to retrieve the sales manager number. Guess what, it goes to voicemail as well. Such non professionalism. And to think I bought a car from there three years earlier with no problems. Why would sale someone a car that’s not serviceable. Pathetic. Buyers beware. More
