I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Autos of Dallas. Many of the vehicles on the lot simply aren’t ready to be sold, yet they’re still pushed onto the sales floor. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch customers spend their time and money here, only to be met with broken promises, poor communication, and zero accountability. If you want proof, just try reaching out to their service department you’ll quickly see that they do not respond at all, no matter how many attempts you make. If you’re shopping for a car, I highly recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the headache. More

THE MAIN REASON WHY I AM SPEAKING OUT IT IS BECAUSE I SPOKE WITH THE GM ABDOU ABOUT MY LAST PAYCHECK AND HE JUST SAID "SPEAK TO RYAN IN FINANCE" SO I CALLED RYAN AND RYAN SAID THAT MY MONEY WILL NOW GO TO KP "ONE OF THE BEST SALESPERSON" BECAUSE HE IS DEALING WITH A HEAT CASE NAMED "OBAID RAHAM" MIND YOU OBAID RAHAM LEFT A REVIEW 5 DAYS AGO SAYING HOW GREAT HE WAS. MEANWHILE RYAN IS TELLING ME THAT THE CASE IS STILL ONGOING AND ITS A "SERVICE HEAT CASE" SO THEY DECIDED TO TAKE IT OFF ME AND MY COWORKERS CHECK AND GIVE IT TO HIM. PRIOR TO THAT I SOLD AND DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM A BMW X5 TO A SPANISH SPEAKER AND DID NOT GET PAID ON IT AND THEY GAVE IT TO KP. KP DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME NOR MY COWORKER THAT HE WAS SKATING OUR MONEY. KP ONLY SELLS AS MANY CARS BECAUSE HE GETS IN HOUSE DEALS AND SKATES AS MUCH AS HE CAN. NO HEADS UP WAS EVER COMMUNICATED TO ME OR MY COWORKER WHO WORKED VERY HARD TO SELL THE CAR. THEY RATHER LET ME TELL EVERYONE THEIR DIRTY LAUNDRY THAN TO CUT A CHECK. ITS OKAY THOUGH SO HERE IT IS. KIM PHUN- INTERNET SALES MANAGER IS VERY DISGUSTING THE WAY SHE CAN TALK TO HER SALES PEOPLE. CAN'T GO A SENTENCE WITHOUT CURSING. 4. HE STARTED LOWBALLING TRADES, AND DEALS. THE ANIMOSITY AND THE DISGUSTING REMARKS WERE CONTINUOUSLY MADE. 5. KHALID FROM FINANCE WILL DENY A DEAL IF IT DOES NOT MAKE HIM MONEY. 6. THEY HAD A FORMER EMPLOYER WHO THEY SOLD A CAR TO AND BEFORE THEY OFFERED HER A JOB, THE FINANCE DEPT. ADDED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OF AN EXTRA $7K THAT SHE WAS NOT AWARE ABOUT AND WHEN SHE GOT HIRED SHE FOUND OUT AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT OFF AND KENNETH WHO IS THE FINANCE DIRECTOR WAS DENYING IT FROM TAKING IT OFF. THE LUX PKG OR VEHICLE PROTECTION PACKAGE (DEALER ADD ON) IS ALWAYS OPTIONAL THEY PICK AND CHOOSE ON WHICH CAR OR PERSON THEY NEGOTIATE IT WITH. 11. THEY HAVE A SYSTEM CALLED "RAPID RECON" WHERE WE ARE ABLE TO SEE STATUS OF VEHICLES. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE 500 CARS THAT NEED TO BE SERVICED AND ARE NOT READY FOR DELIVERY AND ONLY 100 CARS THAT ARE GOOD WITH MINIMAL PROBLEMS. 12. IF YOU HAVE A TRADE I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO SELL IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OR EVEN PRIVATELY AS THEY WILL LOWBALL YOU AND THEN PRESSURE YOU TO BUY THEIR PKG. Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle (which I had 4 to look at) Guess they don't know what customer service is or want to sell a vehicle! Salesman stated cant view a vehicle without your contact info and license. I said no let me talk to your manager. I told the sales manager I wanted to speak to him about the way his sales people are treating customers and he didnt seem to care. I told him the salesman demanded my contact info and license before he would ever show me Jeep. He stated that's our policy we don't know who you are you could be sketch. So that's our policy brother. All dealer ships around here do that. I have NEVER had a dealer ask for my info especially my license just to see a vehicle.. Test drive yes I can understand that.. I said you lost a sale your policy ridiculous and walked out. He did care at all. Next dealer didn't ask for any info nor an ID. The final dealer (that I purchased a Jeep from) only needed my ID to test drive. I would give a hard pass to this dealer even if they were giving away a Lambo. Save your time and hassle! More
