Both the Salesman and Used Car sales manager both were rude and unprofessional. Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle (which I had 4 to look at) Guess they don't know what customer service is or want to sell a vehicle! Salesman stated cant view a vehicle without your contact info and license. I said no let me talk to your manager. I told the sales manager I wanted to speak to him about the way his sales people are treating customers and he didnt seem to care. I told him the salesman demanded my contact info and license before he would ever show me Jeep. He stated that's our policy we don't know who you are you could be sketch. So that's our policy brother. All dealer ships around here do that. I have NEVER had a dealer ask for my info especially my license just to see a vehicle.. Test drive yes I can understand that.. I said you lost a sale your policy ridiculous and walked out. He did care at all. Next dealer didn't ask for any info nor an ID. The final dealer (that I purchased a Jeep from) only needed my ID to test drive. I would give a hard pass to this dealer even if they were giving away a Lambo. Save your time and hassle! More

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DECEPTIVE. Recently bought a 2024 BMW from Shane Carlisle, the manager, and it a re-purposed damaged car with multiple problems. He said the dealership would take care of it, but he won't answer or return calls. There are too many honest dealerships out there to keep this one in business. We had the great pleasure of meeting Bob while out looking for used cars. Up until this point, it had been a pretty painful experience. Bob brought us to the car we had come to see. We found a few things about the car that were less than perfect (missing rubber peddle, scratches and scuffs and a really terrible wheel on the front). Bob assured us that they would make the car look as new as possible. It took 2 weeks (waiting or a new wheel), but in the end, they car looked incredible. It was overall the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you Bob! More

Love my vehicle, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. When I first inquired about the vehicle, it took several days for Moe to respond. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it wasn' been extremely disappointing. When I first inquired about the vehicle, it took several days for Moe to respond. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it wasn't clean, and I was asked to return the following week for detailing. I ended up sitting in their showroom for three hours, only for Moe to apologize as even he was embarrassed by the quality of the detail work. It was a complete waste of my time. Moe then suggested I get the car detailed myself and assured me they would reimburse the cost. This meant another inconvenience as I had to go out of my way, hire, and pay for a detailer upfront, taking another three hours out of my day. After detailing, I forwarded the receipt on 11/15. On 11/18, Moe said he would pass it to his manager, but I never heard back. I made another trip out of my way to the dealership on 12/4, only to be told the manager was at lunch or had left for the day, and my reimbursement would be mailed. Following up again, I texted Moe on 12/17 since he doesn't check his emails, but received no response. After texting him again today, still no response. I have left several messages with the main desk, with no response. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, overshadowing the enjoyment of my new vehicle. More
