This dealership has a large variety of beautiful luxury vehicles. Our salesman was knowledgeable and certainly knew the cars well and knew a lot about the car we ended up purchasing. I would buy another car from our salesman again for sure. The dealership is another issue. They were a little heavy handed and less than forthcoming with all the fees. Whatever you plan on purchasing, add another $700. They want you to pay for their overhead to acquire and maintain their vehicles, which as a business owner, I know that should be included in your gross profit. I was told by the sales manager, at least that's what he claimed on the phone. "We sold 30 vehicles last week and everyone paid their $700 fee. It's not something that's negotiable." I got a good deal on the car but these practices is what gives car dealers a bad wrap. More

I purchased a vehicle from Autos of Dallas on 01/27/21 and traded in a vehicle I had. However, as of this date, they have not paid off my vehicle. I have spoken with salesman, finance managers, and the g and traded in a vehicle I had. However, as of this date, they have not paid off my vehicle. I have spoken with salesman, finance managers, and the general manager and everyone has given me a different lie as to when the check was mailed for my vehicle. I had to pay a car note to protect my credit. So for anyone thinking about trading in their vehicle, and buying from them, I would recommend that you don't otherwise you will be paying several car notes like myself. This is very unprofessional and questionable as to how they conduct business. They currently have my traded vehicle for sale and probably sold it, but still have not paid off my vehicle. Professional and courteous right from the start. I walked in after finding a vehicle online and decided to see what Autos Of Dallas was about. I had never heard of them before but they had the vehicle I'd be in after finding a vehicle online and decided to see what Autos Of Dallas was about. I had never heard of them before but they had the vehicle I'd been looking for. I was lucky enough to get to work with Bob Tauber for the car buying process. I told him I didn't want to be there all day just to buy a car and boy did he deliver. After finding the vehicle I wanted he went to work. He was not pushy and didn't feel like an overbearing used car salesman. The finance team was equally great to work with and was very responsive to my questions and needs. I was pleasantly surprised how great the whole process was. They also made sure the vehicle was exactly how I wanted it before selling me the car and took care of each issue and concern I had. I'm glad I walked in and took a chance, it was definitely worth it. More

Absolute worst experience. I’m 8 months pregnant, trying to get a larger vehicle. First sales rep I spoke to, Chad, said they were giving me bare minimum for my trade, when KBB and NADA said my vehicle was to get a larger vehicle. First sales rep I spoke to, Chad, said they were giving me bare minimum for my trade, when KBB and NADA said my vehicle was work atleast 1-2k more. Did not request to see pictures and investigate as to what was all included on my vehicle. I requested a new sales rep and they gave me Christopher. I was told on Thursday that I was approved for a vehicle, and I asked if I could see the numbers as to where we were at so that I could make downpayment and sign. They kept pushing me off, and said I would get all information in a few hours. This was a time frame of Thursday and Friday. Thursday Christopher said I could put $500 down just to show bank that I’m putting money, which I said I’d put 4K down. But they refused to show me any numbers. Such as rate, term, monthly payment etc. so I just requested that they send that to me and they did not. They said the banks system was down. So I call Saturday morning because the finance manager and the sales rep didn’t contact me and he told me they sold the car out from under me. Mind you, he says they sold it at 5pm Friday, but we communicated that evening as to waiting for manager to call me. I only allowed my credit to be pulled for this specific vehicle. Never contacted me or informed me that someone else was interested. As I said, waited (as sales rep informed me) for the finance manager to finalize and call me. Overall I would not recommend this dealership. For one they have no care for their customers, called me pet names, both the sales rep and the finance manager, such as honey, sweetie, doll, etc, which was super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. All work was done over the phone. i can guarantee you that if a man had called, the dealers representatives wouldn’t have called him pet names or treated him as such. They will treat you unfair and will waste your time and build your hopes up just to tear it down. More
