Salesman was good but finance department was slippery and shady. We were told by the first finance guy that our desired payment “wasn’t mathematically possible”. We were just going to leave the deal on the table because that was just not going to happen. Another finance guy made it work. How about that?! It always felt like an us vs. them kind of experience. We were handed only one key to the car and when we asked about the second key we were told “We give you what we are given. You will have to buy a second if you want it. It should be around $400 and you will have to get it from a dealer.” Well that sucks! Also, it’s nothing like other car buying experiences where they take your car make ready, spiff it up, and fill the gas tank. There is no filling the gas tank past 1/4th tank here. We bought our previous vehicles from Park Place and this experience was nothing like that. More

Don't buy a car here unless you are prepared for misinformation and non responsive salespeople. Also make sure you take the car somewhere else to be checked out. I bought a used and beautiful Porsche 911 in perfect conditions, low milage with a very fair price at HiLine Motors. I bought the car remotely from NY state in Plano, TX. Bob Tauber my sell contact person was just amazing. Bob was right to the point without any sugar -coating, firm but very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I start the deal on a Friday and the next Friday the car was in my driveway in Westchester with no problems whatsoever. The tile arrived within a few days and Bob even track down the second key! Bob checked with me all the way from the initial inspection to the delivery - he was alway available and very responsive. And he can be a very funny guy! I highly recommend Bob Tauber in Plano TX without any reservations. More

My experience was AWESOME. I found the vehicle online. I reached out to the company in regards to the vehicle. I was assigned William as my sales rep. He was AMAZING! He answered any questions that I had, even the ones that I didn't know I had. He provided me information about the vehicle. I had never owned a BMW before so he was very very helpful in that experience. I lived approximately 2.5 hours from the dealership so initially I was a little worried that things may not go as planned but William jumped right on in and made the transactions very smooth. We initiated the paper work on Thursday (since I wasn't able to get to the office before closing), Friday I was driving off in my new BMW 740i. Thank you William for everything. I tried purchasing through other vendors online just that experience alone was painful they were not very professional but that isn't the story with Autos of Dallas. They believed in making sure you was comfortable in what you were spending your hard earned moment on and that by it self made all the difference. I would recommend this dealership 1000 times over!!! It takes 3-5 days to prepare the car and then 3-5 days to ship. They shipped our car with Rising Star Transport and it left on Friday, June 12. Our salesman told us the car would be delivered the following day (Saturday or Monday). Then when that did not occur we contact the truck driver (He made many false delivery promises). T.L. Ricks reached out to me and they made a call to find out the delay. After many lies from the truck driver (I literally could write you a book), we received our car today, June 19. Mason also told me that if the car was dirty on arrival that would take care of it. Now he is not willing to do that. Of course the car isn't clean. It has been on a truck for 7 days and the inside was not detailed. There were candy wrappers and crumbs. Do not recommend Mason, Sales. Now most of this issue is on the trucking company but after such an inconvenience I hope they will not use this driver. On a positive note T.L. Ricks stayed in contact with me and was very helpful. The car besides dirty is exactly as sent on the video before we purchased. I do recommend Autos of Dallas but if shipping get all of the information. I would purchase again but I would make the drive to pick up myself. More

Chad Craig did a great job of working with us online with video chats to make us feel comfortable with the car and the experience. The one thing I hate about the car buying purchase is sitting in the Finance Manager's office going through the paperwork. Being remote made this process much easier since I could review review and sign the paperwork at my leisure in my own house. Post purchase, the car ended up being delivered about five days later (counting the weekend days). We were nervous leading up to arrival because we purchased a car without sitting in and driving it. But, upon the car's arrival, everything turned out as expected, and we are very happy with our purchase! More
