Poor service, car was not as advertised The experience since purchase has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The car was shipped from dealership to Austin. Known issues: The experience since purchase has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The car was shipped from dealership to Austin. Known issues: - damage from shipping - puke on passenger side of car - car was not detailed as promised - navigation does not work as promised - mileage was not as advertised - windshield wiper coming apart - dealer plate expired prior to actual plates arriving Sales person no longer works for the dealership. The GM (Mike) has been no help what so ever. I spoke to him twice...he has not followed through on one commitment. My wife has left over 8 messages for Mike and he has yet to return her call. When Mike finally took my call he promptly told me they sell 600 cars a month and he would look into my issues. He told me the navigation was covered under the manufacturer warranty...wrong, we verified this with the local Land Rover dealer. He promised to send a $200 check so we could get the car detailed, never happened (this was also promised by the sales person). We had to remind them to process and send the actual plates, they finally did. Mike blamed the damage on the transportation company and failed to help rectify. To date the experience with Autos of Dallas has been frustrating / disappointing to say the least. I feel we have offered ample opportunity to step up and correct these deficiencies. As of 3.12.19 Mike continues to ignore our calls. More

He went to bat to get a bit more on the trade-in, and pushed to get some minor body work and painting done before we purchased. We were in and out of the Finance office in 15 minutes. Poor services I went in on 2/23/19 because I had an appointment with Leo. I spoke with Sydney that morning to make sure the vehicle was still there I was gone to lo I went in on 2/23/19 because I had an appointment with Leo. I spoke with Sydney that morning to make sure the vehicle was still there I was gone to look at CLA 250 2015 gray. When I got there Leo came to get me seat me in his office. He states the keys was on his desk but he look for them for 30 minutes and then told me another sales rep came into his office and took the keys and sold the car. I drove an 1 hour away from home to see this car it was a waste of time. Then Leo tried to sell me another car that I did not want and the car was an accident before. The manager never did come out to me an apologize about the situation and did not care. I will never go back here again. More
