That was the only thing that I was not so much happy about, but he was able to provide me the rear window tint replacement and he could even arrange me to return a rental car to a nearby location rather than the originally scheduled remote location, which saved me a lot of time. I knew going in on a Saturday would likely take a while but even when I was waiting my turn, Bob was cognizant of my location and offered refreshments numerous times. He continually kept me abreast of the process. Bob is friendly and engaging without ANY pressure to sell the vehicle. I enjoy the fact that it was a "no haggle" price listed as I knew what I was looking for.
