I knew going in on a Saturday would likely take a while but even when I was waiting my turn, Bob was cognizant of my location and offered refreshments numerous times. He continually kept me abreast of the process. Bob is friendly and engaging without ANY pressure to sell the vehicle. I enjoy the fact that it was a "no haggle" price listed as I knew what I was looking for. He worked hard looking for the vehicles I wanted to test drive and locating the last one was a trick but none the less, one of the best buying experiences I've had. I felt bad having him going back and forth bringing us different cars to test drive but he was very very helpful and very friendly never hesitated when we asked for a different car, even though it was freezing cold! I wasn’t very sure about this dealership but I wouldn’t think twice about going back cuz I would!. Financing was super easy as well! Every one knew exactly what they were doing.
