Excellent Customer Service I purchased a 2017 Mercedes from autos of Dallas a few months ago. I noticed when I purchased a vehicle that the car did not have a spare tire. And my I purchased a 2017 Mercedes from autos of Dallas a few months ago. I noticed when I purchased a vehicle that the car did not have a spare tire. And my salesman, Bob Tauber, informed me that this vehicle did not need a spare tire because it had run-flat tires. Couple of weeks ago I went to get my alignment checked and was informed that two of my tires were not run Flats. I contacted Bob and he immediately took action. He found me to run-flat tires that fit my car and had them shipped to my house within a week. Thank you Bob! More
