WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. If I could give this place half or zero star I would. I've been here twice on two separate occasions and each THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. If I could give this place half or zero star I would. I've been here twice on two separate occasions and each experience was worst than the last. The first experience came when I showed up and wanted to test drive a car, I gave the salesman the stock number of the vehicle and after twenty minutes he returned to tell me that the boss's son has the car and uses it for school (thought it was a joke but he was dead serious). He tried to sell me on another car with no success. Fast forward 4 months and have since bought a BMW from a private seller and just returning hoping to buy an SUV for my wife. We showed up on a Saturday and the front desk receptionist was literally on her phone the entire time until I had to clear my throat to get her attention. After a few minutes VIRGIL introduced himself as the salesman that will be helping me. Without hesitation he fired off a series of questions about if I'm here to trade in my car, looking to buy today, etc? I responded with "no I didn't drive the car I'm planning to trade in if I happen to buy the car" and he responded with "oh so you're not buying today just test driving?" I said yes and proceeded to give him two stock numbers of the cars we wanted to test drive. VIRGIL had us wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes while he went to "retrieve" the cars and not to my surprise he returned and said both, yes BOTH, those cars happened to be in the body shop with no additional explanation. What are the chances that both cars out of a stock of 500 cars in inventory can be in the body shop at the same time (could it possibly be the fact that I said I just wanted to test drive today and not buy???). Annoyed, I gave him one last stock number so he can go grab it and I went outside to wait. After about ten minutes, I went back inside and VIRGIL is in his office helping another customer and her family. I have NEVER experienced the complete lack of professionalism and salesmanship from a salesman before. The story doesn't end there, we went back outside and an Asian salesman approached me and asked if I had been helped and I said VIRGIL was "helping" me but ended up with someone else and I asked if I could get him to help me and even before I finished my sentence he interrupted and picked up a call on his cell phone and gave me that "one sec" finger and began to go back inside never to be heard from again. What a pretentious and useless dealership; I went next door to Auto Merchants and was immediately greeted with a smile and got my wife to test drive a car in less than 5 minutes. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE More
