Extremely Rude I came in to look at vehicles with a friend, Chris Miller, did not ask any questions besides, what car did I want to test drive. I test drove the vehicle, and came back inside and he said "so what are we doing here?" and I was confused. He then goes on to argue with me about my insurance. Once that conversation was over, he then asks, "so what do you want to do" and I asked was there a problem or was he in a rush, and he said "I have 3 real customers I'm working with"......I was so shocked that he was so rude and also that I wasn't a real customer when he knew nothing about me or why I was there. Ended up working with someone else, but never went back. Based off of other reviews, I clearly dodged a bullet. More

Giovanniade me feel relaxed and at ease when it came to signing. We couldn't be happier with our new Tahoe. It's extremely nice and just what we needed to get our boys to football and baseball games and practice! Next time we're in the market for a vehicle we will come to Autos of Dallas first!! More
Proceed with caution. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. I purchased a Mercedes for $25,500 that was shipped to me and had to pay $950 for a new set I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. I purchased a Mercedes for $25,500 that was shipped to me and had to pay $950 for a new set of tires, because 3 out of 4 tires did not have enough tread to pass state inspection, even though they did the inspection before they shipped it to me. I’m reporting them to the DMV, because I don’t think this was an accident. After telling Josh, (the guy who sold me the car) he tells me I can drive 3.5 hours to their dealership and they’ll put passing used tires on. I asked Josh (who is a sales manager) if I can speak to the GM and he sent me their main line and told me to ask for Mike, the GM. I called the main line and left 2 messages, which did not get returned. Josh stated, “he does have a dealership to run”. Later on, Josh calls to tell me he’s already talked to the GM and they offered to send me a check for $60/tire because that’s what it would’ve cost them to put used tires on the car. I wanted them to cover the cost of the tires or even half! It was about $950 for the cheapest tires available. After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, I reluctantly accepted since I had no other option. The car arrived with a dirty interior (crumbs and sticky stuff), trash in the door pockets and a couple of large deep 6” scratches that had blotchy touch up paint on them. Josh told me “seeing the car sight unseen you were aware of the risks that could occur”. There were 4 pictures total and obviously none showing the huge scratches when I purchased the car. My overall opinion is that this dealership is shady and unprofessional. I will spend a few extra dollars next time I purchase a vehicle to be treated fairly by a decent dealership. More

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME I I COULD’VE KEPT QUIET AND FACED THIS ALONE BUT WHAT IF IT HAPPENS TO SOMEONE ELSE? I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME IN HOUSTON WHERE I LIVE. BEFORE PURCHASING MY VEHICLE I ASKED MY SALES MAN MITCHELL FOR THE CAR FAX WHICH HE PROVIDED AND SHOWED NOTHING HAD EVER HAPPENED TO THE VEHICLE, A FACT WHICH I QUICKLY FOUND OUT WAS A LIE. I TOOK MY CAR TO A BMW DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME MY CAR HAD BEEN WORKED ON. I CALLED MITCHELL AND THE MANAGER DAVID TO ASSIST WITH THIS AND THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE TO DALLAS (250 MILES 4HRS ONE WAY) TO GET IT FIXED AT THEIR LOT WHICH ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. I HAD BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM EVEN TO THE POINT OF MITCHELL THE SALES GUY REFUSING TO PICK MY PHONE CALL AND EVENTUALLY HANGING UP MY CALL TODAY AFTER TELLING HIM I WOULD TAKE A LEGAL APPROACH TO THIS . PLEASE DO NOT DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF OR YOU WOULD GO THROUGH THE SAME THINGS I HAVE GONE. IT IS ABSOLUTELY SAD THAT I AM GOING THROUGH THIS WITH A CAR I BOUGHT BARELY 2 WEEKS AGO. More

Once we arrived at the dealership we walked the parking lot looking for the suv we saw online. We walked inside one building and were not greeted as we watched employees talk among themselves. After a few minutes we walked out and into the adjacent building. No one seemed eager to help or seemed interested in trying to make a sell. I asked the receptionist for assistance on an suv we saw online. She said she would get someone to assist me. I sat in waiting area several minutes as I watched what seem to be several salesman sitting inside their cubicles. A short time later, a salesman that looks like me appears from the back to assist us. I didn’t have a problem with this but it was so obvious and pretty typical. After all that, I asked the salesman about the suv listed on the website. He goes to the computer then tell me “that truck is not here, it will be here in about a week.” I Wasted the whole morning with this bait & switch dealership that obviously didn’t think i had money to spend. I suggest dressing up in a suit or tux if you want to be treated with respect here. More

Awful company with bad cars Awful customer service, vehicles aren't what they say they are and don't expect to find them cars on the website on the lot. For me I went looking at Yukons, none of the 8 on the website were there(was told they all sold Saturday), moving on we found one Yukon, great price but guess what you can't drive it, it's not here. Ok so working with these guys and find out it's at a body but not their bodyshop (some hole in the wall shop in dallas), I drive down to see this perfect Yukon as they describe it and well it was harder to find a piece of metal that wasn't damaged, then it was to find one that was, the inside smelled like something died ( and probably did), carpet destroyed. So I go back to the dealership and wanted to look at another Yukon, but asked if they could work on the price a little($1000 at most) and was told no we can't help you. I'd say stay away, the few hundred you think you save probably will end up costing you thousands down the road. More
Lots of cars with great prices Bob was helpful in giving me advice on the differences between BMW, Mercedes and Lexus which helped me decide which make and model to go with. He was not pushy but rather was there to offer me different options as the price is as low as it will go as listed. More
