Sold Me an Accident Car!! I am not one to write a bad review online, but I felt that I should warn any potential buyers before they fall in a trap like I did. I would like to start off by saying that this is my fourth car purchase this year. I have bought a Tesla Model S, Mercedes GL, BMW 3 series, and a BMW 428. And the last one from Autos Of Dallas. I bought it over phone with a wire transfer and then got it shipped over to Florida. Before purchasing, I asked my salesperson to send me videos of the car. I noticed rust on the wheels of the car on his video, so I asked my salesperson “is there any rust on the wheels ?” He replied stating “no there is no rust on the wheels, the wheel hubs are very shiny” (I have attached screenshots of the conversation below) This was not the case upon receiving the car. I was quite disheartened upon receiving the car. There was a bucket list of things wrong with the car. Intense rust on all four wheels on the car. Missing seat belt extender on drivers side ($500 dollar repair) Broken Trunk (Trunk does not close!!) Broken Radio controls Cracked front grill ( d/t rack, however sold to me as accident free) Busted front speaker with rattling noise Torn Leather seats Icing on the cake--(Accident on right rear quarter panel!! Told by my local Beemar dealership, as evident by altered paint, misaligned trunk etc) After taking this laundry list of repairs to my local BMW dealership here in Orlando. I was very surprised when my service advisor informed me that there had been a collision on the rear quarter panel of the car and this is why the trunk was not closing properly. When purchasing the car I was told that it was accident free. It was clearly not. In addition, most of the repairs were not covered under warranty and I had to pay out of pocket. I feel as though Autos of Dallas took advantage of me. They reached out to me promising to send a check of $175 dollars to help with the cost of repairs (Repairs were well over $1750), I have contacted them several times about not receiving the check and haven’t gotten any response. It’s not about the money, but about deceiving and lying to the customer. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Autos Of Dallas. More

She’d been looking for a couple months, and then suddenly and unexpectedly, my car died. I needed to get a new car quick, and wound up at Autos of Dallas. They had several vehicles on the website that I was interested in. When I got there, I worked with Mo Garza. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable about the inventory, and was an all around straight-shooter. My experience was so good, that my girlfriend decided to step up her car search too because she was so impressed with Mo and how everything went. I liked the no-pressure atmosphere, and the no-haggling approach to pricing. I feel that she and I both got really good deals. I don’t hesitate to recommend them. More

Customer Service is a priority We stopped by Autos of Dallas on a very busy Saturday. Did not buy the vehicle we went to look at but happened upon one on the showroom floor. Loved it and asked if we could test drive a similar model, not wanting to put anyone out on such a busy day. They insisted they wanted us to try the car we like and proceeded to make it happen. Everyone was professional, nice and accommodating. We dealt directly with Sam and would highly recommend him. He is very patient and goes above and beyond. More

I have personally faced this type of issue. I purchased a car 2 weeks back then figured out the mismatch from the posted add-- I have reached out to them and asked them to take back the car I dont need since this doesn't have options which are posted in Advertisement posted by Autos of Dallas, and the answer from them is NO we dont take return, and they gave me two options 1. Either I have to trade the car to them with 1K less of what I have purchased, and but another car from them and pay the rest or 2. I have to fix the issue/option which they posted online. (I have to bare the charges) They faked the people by posting unnecessary adds, people like me will be deceived . I have been calling and emailing them requesting to take back the car, but no one responds back. This is so frustrating, why should I have to lose 1K or put money to fix my car since it is now my mistake. Its been a week now I have no response from Autos of Dalls I would recommend buying with some other dealer who doesn't fake to the people. More
