Rip off by the general manager Purchased an additional key when we bought or car. They never sent us the extra key. They refused to reimburse us the $279 for the key that we purchased but was never given to us. Reported Autos of Dallas to the Better Business Bureau. They still refused to pay us back for the key not received. They are unethical and refuse to be honest about this situation. If the general manager will rip you off for $279 imagine what everyone else there will do? More
Horrible Experience The salesman Andrew Garcia lied to me from the very beginning. I traveled from Santa Fe New Mexico by car with a friend to pick up a 2015 BMW 740 tha The salesman Andrew Garcia lied to me from the very beginning. I traveled from Santa Fe New Mexico by car with a friend to pick up a 2015 BMW 740 that i was promised would be waxed and ready to go when i arrived. I planned to get there around 9 am but did not arrive til after 10 am. Mr Garcia had called me prior to my arrival informing me that the BMW that was supposed to waxed and ready for me, was actually in the air on a lift in the service department. As he mentioned to me it needed rear brakes. Once i arrived i asked if i may look under the car since it was in the air anyway. Wow glad i looked so many flaws that i decided not to purchase that one but look at others.. A 2014 Jaguar XJL was my next option. A few imperfections but of course a used car. So i asked if for my inconvenience i might get a 2nd key for there was only one and a full tank of gas. I was basically told to pound sand and that they only gave a 1/4 tank and would not provide or attempt to provide a second key on a high end vehicle that was gonna cost me almost $40,000.00. So i left without my dream car. H Horrible Experience. Never again will i shop at Autos of Dallas. More
Great car buying experience I came in last week and met Sergio, one of the salesman at Autos of Dallas. He was very professional, courteous and exhibited a lot of patience. I was still in the "figuring what I wanted stage" and Sergio assisted me in narrowing down my choices, without any pressure whatsoever. I test drove a number of vehicles and brought Sergio with me so that he could explain the various features of the vehicle. The following week, I called up Sergio and and came in for a second round of test drives for my list of options. Once again, Sergio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and with a no-pressure approach to assisting me. I ended up selecting the first vehicle on my list after a solo test drive. Sergio was very attentive to my needs and facilitated the whole process. Between Sergio and Mr. Santos, the finance guy, the whole process was seamless and a very positive car buying experience. Huge inventory and great service. A very pleasant experience I flew to Dallas over the weekend to purchase a car. I had been looking for a deal for a month. They had the one I wanted at the lowest price within a I flew to Dallas over the weekend to purchase a car. I had been looking for a deal for a month. They had the one I wanted at the lowest price within a 500 mile radius. I applied for financing that was competitive and they kept the car for me for a week without a deposit. The car was ready all cleaned up when I got there. It was just as they had described. They did not have any extra fees on top of the price like another dealer that I checked out (came out to $700 total). I worked with Mo Garza that was honest and right to the point and Ryan Shuster in the financing who was very good too. He also arranged me a drop off for my rental car to the airport that was not close by. I am very pleased and will be using them again. Kristian More

The level of customer service Don provided to us both pre and post-purchases was outstanding! Don truly went above and beyond the normal duties of a car salesman. Because of the level of customer service Don provided, not only will we return to Autos of Dallas when we are in the market for new vehicles, we will refer Autos of Dallas and specifically, Don Quiggle to all of our friends looking to purchase quality luxury vehicles. Terrible Worst customer service and management does not care about you or your concerns. I have reached out to management twice with no response to express my Worst customer service and management does not care about you or your concerns. I have reached out to management twice with no response to express my concerns with the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle had completely bald tires, was not detailed in the least bit (it was filthy and had candy, coins and crumbs all over). The illuminated star emblem did not illuminate, the oil needed a change almost immediately after I had purchased and the air filters replaced. Never in my life have I purchased a used vehicle in such terrible condition. Every dealership details vehicles and has regular maintaince completed prior to selling. Thus dealship is a joke! More

Once we selected the car, Bob helped us to make sure the car was ready for my daughter. There were a few minor safety items that needed to be resolved and Bob helped to make sure these were taken care of. Also, David Mullins and Stephan Forrester were helpful in making our experience positive. More
