They missed damage under the vehicle that a Mercedes Service Center found when my car was taken in for loud grinding on the breaks down to the rotors. I received a $3000 bill within 90 days of getting this vehicle, from missed issues. When you call to address, they give you the run around for days. When I finally talked to the Sales Manager, he got angry and hung up on me. They cannot be trusted and do not stand behind their word or guarantees. More

The result one tire replaced with one in worse condition and a floor mat ruined with a huge grease stain. My salesman was George Ondarza is either incompetent or a liar as he kept telling me they had someone at the tire place retrieving the tires. It never happened. I have been advised to sue Autos of Dallas under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. More to follow. More
