What a disappointment! We made a 10 hour round trip drive to Autos of Dallas because we thought we found the exact car we were looking for on their website. My husband spoke with Bryan and told him which car we were interested in and asked if the car was as nice as it looked in the pictures. We arrived to find that the car was in terrible shape...extremely dirty, dozens of scrapes and dings, dents, pieces of molding hanging off the car...unbelievable! We had notified him that we were coming and thought he would give us an accurate description of the vehicle given the fact that we were travelling such a long way to see it...wow, what a disappoint! The entire process of buying a car from them was so easy and I've already started spreading the word to my friends about this place. I called the place after finding that they had a huge selection of luxury cars and wanted to see if they still had the model I found online in stock. George happened to answer the phone and I'm so glad he did. He said to just text him on my way out there and he would pull a couple of the cars I was looking at and have them ready to test drive when I got there. He was really relaxed and not at all what you'd expect with a car salesman. He didn't pressure us or play any games at all. I actually went and looked at a couple more dealers but ended up coming back to Autos of Dallas and made the purchase mainly because of the connection with George. When I went to finalize the sale with Gary in the finance office he was amazing. I could have sat and talked with Gary all day. He had some really fun stories to share and was just all around a really nice guy. I highly recommend stopping at Autos of Dallas and at least checking out what they have before buying somewhere else. George was our sales guy so I recommend asking for him but I'm sure the others there are great as well. More

Not only was Micah able to get us the exact vehicle that we had seen online, at a very competitive price, but he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, respected and welcomed. We’re VERY happy with the Audi A4 that we purchased, and personally, I consider my experience with Micah and Autos of Dallas to be the best car buying experience yet. David was more than helpful in providing me with all of the knowledge necessary to understand my payment structure, extended warranty, and any other information so by the time I got to finance there were no surprises and I got to happily shake his hand with confidence that I made the correct decision!!
