Best Buying Experience Ever! I've done the OMG it took all day to buy a car kind of deal - this was far from that! If you have read any of the reviews you can see that Bryan Roth I've done the OMG it took all day to buy a car kind of deal - this was far from that! If you have read any of the reviews you can see that Bryan Roth is an exceptional salesman. We came to the dealership on a whim without an appointment. He was with customers but made time to get us pointed in the right direction and explain how to use our phone with their inventory to make sure I didn't fall in love with a car out of my budget (which can be easily done with so many available options). He kept checking back with us and kept me from wavering between a Caddy and Benz. Once we had decided on the car - he made the rest easy. Short application - showed me the numbers and a few options and then hooked us up with great financing. Jeremy Harmon from the finance team ran through everything - no pressure pushing - and deal done. Seriously it took longer for us to go to lunch and clean out our trade than it did for them to get everything done on their end. You will not be disappointed if you work with Bryan and Jeremy! More

First class people, first class merchandise & service Brian Roth handled the trade of my Carrera 911 Porsche in on their Bentley Continental GTC convertible. He gave me a fair price for my car, and when Brian Roth handled the trade of my Carrera 911 Porsche in on their Bentley Continental GTC convertible. He gave me a fair price for my car, and when it became apparent someone had overlooked an issue with the Bentley (a very expensive main battery needed replacing) he went to bat to get me reimbursed. I call that going beyond the service usually expected when buying a pre`owned car. I am happy with my deal, the car, and with knowing the fine folks at Autos of Dallas as friends. I will do business here again. More

First time buying a USED car and usually when you go to the dealership, they help you look around, show you the features of the vehicle, etc. Did not get any of that. However, they did accommodate me with a good financial deal which was awesome. Consequently, the night I bought the car, I ended up with a flat tire. Next day I had to pay $430 to replace the front two tires because the other tire was bad. And in doing so, I notice a big scratch on the vehicle I didn't notice before (my mistake) so I'm highly upset about that. In addition, the rear tires were no good also. So I've only had the car for 3 weeks and I've already spent about $1,053 just to replace all my tires. I'm already ready for a new car. I'm ready to pay it off so I can purchase a NEW Mercedes. More

It has been six months since we were promised the accessory, but Roth has stopped replying to our emails and does not show any intention of holding up his side of the deal. Don't listen to when Roth makes you promises when he is trying to sell you a vehicle because it may be a scam. Outside of this unfortunate event our other experiences at Autos of Dallas has been pleasant. More
