"AC Unit in Dodge Durango "

Wow! Paul was such a great help to us during the hottest days of the summer with no AC. It was imperative that we have air conditioning with two little kids and he got the job done within 24 hours. The techs did an outstanding job repairing the problem in a speedy manner. Paul also was able to provide us with a similar loaner to help our family get to and from work. I can’t say enough on how pleased we are with Paul and his team. Thank you!

"Impressive Service"

I went to get a key fob replaced for my folks. The key part had broken off. I shopped around a bit and read other reviews. I decided to take a shot with Autosport Chevrolet. They are personable and professional. They ordered the part and said it would be a day. The next day it was there with no issues. I was told it would take roughly an hour to do all the reprogramming, etc. To my surprise, it was done in half an hour. The people working there put in the extra effort to make sure the service and job was done right. I left the dealership happy. The price was reasonable as well. I feel it is important for others to know that there are good dealerships out there who want to provide quality service.

"Service work"

I have been going to this dealer for quite some time. Matt, the service manager is a pleasure to deal with. Somehow 100% of the time he gets me in my scheduled time for service. I believe Matt has been there 18 years. He is very honest. He has never tried to sell me a service I didn't need.He is very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. My truck dropped my bluetooth connection. I just happened to be passing by and stopped in. He reprogrammed it for me and didn't charge me, and I didn't have an appointment. I of course strongly recommend you ask for Matt as your service contact. I also have to say I am completely satisfied with the service department and the dealership. I have never had to go back a second time to fix the same issue. All around, these folks are a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this dealership to anyone who might be in the market for a vehicle or service.
