"Great Friendly Service Center"

Bought my first Equinox at Autosport and liked there service then ( they included two additional oil changes on top of the two GM provided ones.)I bought my second one elsewhere (my mistake) , but brought it to Autosport Chevrolet for service. Shenna and Paul took great care of me and offered to wash it, which the other dealer wouldn’t even do when I went to pickup the new car plates. They were really friendly. The service center is also well stocked with coffee, teas, water and snacks. My wife expressed interest in the soon to be released 2019 Blazer, and Shenna took her contact information and offered to call her as soon as it comes in. Again, great friendly customer service!

The whole process was very smooth and easy. From the request to make repairs, to ordering parts, to scheduling an appointment, to providing a two day car rental, to turning the work around within 24 hrs. I could not have asked for a better service and the quality of the delivered work.

"Cannot get parts to repair Silverado???? Loaner vehicle???"

,If I could give a rating of zero it would be more realistic. My Silverado has been there for 3 weeks on Tuesday and their explanation is they can’t locate a transmission in Michigan and need to check across the country. I asked last week for a loaner because the vehicle I have been borrowing needs to be returned. I was told they didn’t have one but the next one returned would be mine. I guess the service for others is the same since I still don’t have one. Now I have no vehicle for transportation to work, I have to make my monthly truck payment on a vehicle I don’t have use of and have no response from the dealership. I am contacting Chevy headquarters to ask why they sell trucks they cannot service or have parts for. I would have previously recommended purchasing a Silverado but after this experience I would suggest others look for other brand trucks where parts can be located.
