"BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!"

Paul went above and beyond for me and he does everytime! I went in with my Subaru unsure of what was wrong and he assured me they’d take care of the car immediately. He gave me a price and part breakdown of what I should prioritize and explained everything perfectly. I will be back time and time again specially for him and their customer service they provide! 10/10!!!

Great service dept. comfortable waiting room, bathroom very clean, water, coffee, and snacks available. Everyone from service personnel to sales personnel very friendly and helpful.

"Excellent Service"

I brought my car in without an appointment and they said no problem and got me in and out in under an hour. Oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. Matt was great and worked hard to meet my needs. Really appreciate his and their efforts.

"Shenna Rocks!"

I had a situation where my water pump blew on a 2012 Equinox. And there was a possibility that damage might have been done to the engine as well. Shenna Hersh, the Assistant Service Manager at Autosport, skillfully explained what needed to be done, what the variables might be in the event of further damage, what the timetable was for each, and the cost. She really knew her stuff and knew how to communicate it.

"35000 mile service"

Went for the oil change and had the HVAC system cleaned and replaced the cabin filter. I was able to wait for this and it took a little over an hour. They washed the car and the price was very fair. The waiting area was clean, they had free wifi, they had fresh coffee and snacks. I was very impressed.

Paul was and is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. and I felt he actually cared about resolving the issue. "THE SERVICE MANAGER MATT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH"

"Paul Sigler is AWESOME!"

I was traveling over an hour away from home, and near the end of the day, and noticed a burning smell from one of my wheels. Paul squeezed me in, was super knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and even showed me damaged parts. He carefully explained the challenges in getting the new parts quickly, but bent over backwards to minimizes my costs and make it the best experience for me -- including providing me with a free loaner vehicle over the weekend. I have owned Chevy/GM vehicles all my life and have been to numerous dealerships, and hands down this was the best experience I have ever had! I would be willing to drive over an hour just to have my car serviced here. Thank-you Paul!
