Service Center at this dealer is severely understaffed. If parts need to be ordered , then , depending on the part could be another 2 days to 7 days for that. Other dealers in the area are not much better... Dont expect much and dont expect a loaner car while yours is in the shop. Dealer needs to double their tech staff and needs to run a 2nd shift to catch up. More
