Got my first oil change and service. I called to see if I could come in and they said sure! I wish they would have told me I’d have to wait 2:15 hours when I called. When i dropped off my car i was told i would be getting a call the following day,which would be Friday. That did not happen, On Monday at 8am i called to get an update and was told the mechanic was taking a call the following day,which would be Friday. That did not happen, On Monday at 8am i called to get an update and was told the mechanic was taking a look and that i would receive a called with in an hour. Nothing again and had to call in again around 2 pm and was finally told the status of the car. Due to terrible communication and ridiculous price for a tune up i decided to go else where for my services. I was told i would be receiving a call that same day to pick up my car but of i did not receive any call and had to go in hoping my car was ready for pick up. As i waited for my car, I overheard at least 4 other customers complaining about the same thing. More
