I came in to address an engine light warning, have an overall inspection performed and an oil change. Advisor tried to sell me a $3500 repair immediately upon arrival based on a sound he heard. Since he is not a certified mechanic and there was no error related to this when he performed the computer diagnosis I found this to be him over trying to up sell me. Additionally, while the inspection was signed off as completed they left present issues unresolved. The engine diagnosis indicated the thermostat was faulty. I approved the repair but, upon picking up my vehicle I found the coolant level not topped off. I also noticed that the report showed that there is a recall that needs to be completed. The report indicated parts needed to be ordered to complete this yet the advisor never mentioned this to me so I could schedule to have this work completed. The cashier was also rude and should not be in a position that interacts with customers. I will not return to this dealer for service or purchase based on this experience. More
