Scheduling is a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment in an open appointment slot. I arrive for my appointment on a Monday morning. I stand in line with no one even looking up to acknowledge I am there in an open appointment slot. I arrive for my appointment on a Monday morning. I stand in line with no one even looking up to acknowledge I am there for an extended time. Then when I signed in and hand over keys, I'm informed that it will probably be Thursday before my Jeep can even be looked at. If that is the case, WHY PROVIDE AND APPOINTMENT MONDAY VS. PROVIDING THE APPOINTMENT ON THURSDAY. Then almost zero communication or updates through the whole process like other Jeep Dealerships do. This was the worst Jeep Dealership in America that I experienced in 15 years of ownership ( I was given a rental because the vehicle was under warranty, billed to Chrysler).
