I do not wish to talk with anyone at Aventura Jeep. I had a bad experience and took the time to detail it so the dealership can correct the issues. I have no desire to have my comments published publicly. Understanding that every now and then an experience can be poor, I do not think my experience was the norm. As mentioned, I will not return to this dealership. My parting advice is that you close the waiting room for service until the construction is complete. Too many people in close proximity indoors with no masks is a bad idea, and the bathrooms essentially do not exist. There is no way a customer should have to walk through a cordoned off construction area to use a filthy toilet, that by the way, must be used by both genders.
