I was told that the wait would be 2-3 hours by Roberto Ortiz, the service advisor. He never updated me, others came in after me and left before me. After 3 hours I asked him for an update and he said he w Ortiz, the service advisor. He never updated me, others came in after me and left before me. After 3 hours I asked him for an update and he said he would check, but he did not return for 40 minutes. His colleague Shannon said he was at lunch. When he returned, now 3 hours, 40 minutes into my marathon, he looked at me and said, oh yes, let me check on it. Out of curiosity I stepped out and saw my car coming from a storage area to the work area. When he returned, he said they have been working on it, about another half hour. He clearly saw how upset I was, so he now started pushing the workers and updated me. My perception is that others may have paid him or in some other way convinced him to put themselves ahead of me. When the car was ready, he asked to reply Y on a text he sent which was a quality review. He said he could not finish with the car until I did. What the heck was that? I would have replied N, but it was now approaching 5 hours and I wanted to get out of there. In addition to this sub-par service, the building was under construction, forcing all of the customers to wait in a small area with no mask requirement. The restroom was IN the construction zone and was filthy. This is my second purchase from this dealership and the cars have been wonderful. However, I will take my service to Hollywood Jeep if anything needs to be done in the future. More
My experience in the Service dept left a lot to be desired.
