Appointment was made online. 9:40 AM. Selected "Waiter" designation. Was assigned Fritzberg Antoine. When arrived there were numerous vehicles cued at service line. After parking 9:40 AM. Selected "Waiter" designation. Was assigned Fritzberg Antoine. When arrived there were numerous vehicles cued at service line. After parking there was no one around to greet or provide instructions. Inside the service center everyone looked busy and did not greet. After standing for a few minutes an employee asked what I needed and then proceeded to assist telling me the wait would be a "few hours". This sounded reasonable as my truck had a recall that needed a software update, he stated this would take some time. I proceeded to walk to the main office and meet with a sales employee to assist in looking at new 2500s. We toured the lot, and he was very helpful. At the 2-hour mark the employee and I noticed my truck parked in the back lot. We assumed this meant I was finished. I walked back into the service department to inquire. Service employee told me that my truck has not been looked at yet and it would still take a long time as I needed the software update (recall). I am very disappointed in the scheduling process and the efficiency of service. Very little respect to the customer's time. A simple call or notification that the service center was running 2 hours behind would have provided a better day for the dealership and me. More
