Where do I even start ? This was one of the most stressful situations I’ve encountered in a dealership. I’m not one to write reviews so for me to go out of my way says somet This was one of the most stressful situations I’ve encountered in a dealership. I’m not one to write reviews so for me to go out of my way says something. They took a whole WEEK to replace just my starter. The lack of communication from the ENTIRE service department is just ridiculous. I wasn’t getting any updates on my car unless I requested to speak to the service manager and even to speak with him was a run around. I would have to call multiple times and leave voicemails. They had my car for about a month and even though I had premium warranty they only covered a certain amount of days and the dealership refused to provide a rental/lender car which forced me to pay out pocket. This is not a dealership where you want to take your car. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Extremely unprofessional. To avoid having a headache , take your car somewhere else ! More
