4!days for a diagnosis seems like 3rd wold kind of service. 3rd day I had to call every hour to het an answer and still nothing. They got back to me with wrong info. I had a mixed experience at the dealership. Danny, the service consultant, was incredibly helpful and communicated clearly throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, I still faced some challenges after picking up my car. The navigation system continues to get blurry while driving, and I've also been having trouble with the door lock—it doesn't work properly, so I have to unlock and lock it manually. The highlight of my visit was definitely the gentleman who received the cars; he was genuinely caring and made me feel valued. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. I really want to feel happy about my new purchase, but it’s been tough with these ongoing issues. It seems like there's a lack of knowledge about the car from both the dealership and the service department. Now, I find myself having to return to the dealership again after just two weeks of driving my new car. I hope that this next visit can bring some resolutions to these problems. More
